Carvacrol, along with Thymol, are chemical compounds are responsible for its benefits for health, as they improve the digestive process. Carvacrol and thymol also have important antioxidant activity that prevents damage from free radicals.

Applications:

  • It can be taken as an infusion, to reduce intestinal discomforts such as flatulence, dyspepsia, colds, and sore throats.
